Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California in the 9th day of July, 1983. Following her graduation, her first job was in the realty industry. That's how she met her future husband Tarek El Moussa. They were very successful in the years prior to 2008 when the market plummeted and numerous house flippers and real estate investors were bankrupt. Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussisa, both lost almost everything as a consequence of the 2008 market crash. Their house was valued at $700 a week, compared to the $6,000 they were paying each month to rent their house. Their businesses and the economy slowly improved. HGTV & Rise to Fame Tarek, in 2011, asked his friend to assist by creating an HGTV tape which showed Christina and him flipping an entire home from beginning to the end. Pie Town Productions executive received the tape. The executives fell in love with Tarek along with Christina. The couple signed a deal with HGTV. In April 2013 "Flip of Flop" is a reality series, premiered. Between 2013 and 2017, the show was a hit for 7 seasons. Christina and Tarek, who appeared in the series, bought homes, typically moderate-income houses situated in Orange County. Tarek's main focus is demolition and renovations, while Christina prefers design.

Tarek's focus is on demolition and renovating, while Christina is focused on designing. She also makes sure that everything goes according to plan.
